Life of a Blog...

Well, it's again been too long since I have posted. I don't blame any followers who have checked out... I have so many interests that it's hard to pin me down to just one! I enjoy baking, gardening, reading, home projects, design, and of course stamping! As I was transplanting a few flowers today, I thought, "I should really start a blogging schedule."

That thought turned into, "Why should I just stick to blogging about card making? I can blog about anything, right? Right!" So, with that, I am going to bring my blog back to life with more than just cards! With tips, tricks, thoughts, and many other things I want to share!

So, with that... here's to the resuscitation of my blog!

Small Wonder

I was able to use two of my favorite things when I made this card: 1) Treat Cups and 2) Clear Mount Blocks! If you haven't had a chance to use the new clear mount blocks from Stampin' Up! you need to stop what you are doing, get out the new Occasions Mini Catalog and order the blocks! They are amazing! They make stamping so much easier!! You can easily arrange your images for straighter stamping!! I made this card for the shoe box for our Stamp Club last month and it was a hit!

And the treat cups are a great addition to any card! There are so many themes you can create with what you put in the cups... fish crackers, glitter, candy... you name it, put it in this cute 'lil cup! Stampin' Up! also sells padded envelopes to make shipping this card easier.
